Blue fox is one of the finest materials in the fur industry. RIFLE blends high-grade cashmere with the fine underfur of young blue foxes, carefully combed after their first winter to produce relatively long down fibers. The blue fox underfur averages 17 μm in diameter, and only fibers of this carefully selected fineness are used. Blue fox is used exclusively for consistency. The cashmere blend adds a soft, luxurious smoothness. After fulling, the blue fox hairs rise to the surface, creating a subtle rippling effect that gives the yarn its distinctive texture, loft, and refined appearance.

Recommended Milling Process
Pre-washing → Washing → Rinsing → Milling → Softening → Spin-drying → Drying
Temperature 36 – 42oC
Detergent Anionic detergent (solution of 2 g/litre)
Bath ratio 1: 20
Spin-drying 160％
Drying Natural Drying (Tumble Dry may be applied at the initial stage to smooth out creases. 55ºC – 3 min. )
To account for potential variations in results based on equipment and yarn tension, we strongly recommend conducting a sample trial before initiating actual production.
