At TOYOBOSHI, we define “baby cashmere” as the specially processed downy wool from kids that have not experienced winter since being born, primarily those younger than six months old. Compared with regular cashmere, baby cashmere offers an exceptionally unique texture, softness, and feel, making it the most luxurious of all cashmere fibers. It is sourced exclusively from the eastern regions of Inner Mongolia, where the arrival of spring is early and winter is late, making it the most suitable area for collecting baby cashmere. We have established a joint project with a reputable company with a proven track record in the area, making us one of only a handful of companies in the world to secure an exclusive supply contract to bring the finest quality cashmere down to the world. Combining these premium raw materials with our deep knowledge of natural fibers and the spinning techniques we have cultivated since our founding in 1879, TOYOBOSHI delivers the unparalleled look and feel of BABY CASHMERE.
